For more than twenty years, we’ve designed every Savour Italy journey from scratch: a blank page, a long conversation, and an itinerary built around one traveller or family. That is still the heart of what we do.
But over the years we’ve heard the same thing from many people who love our style of travel: “I’d love to travel with you, but I don’t need something fully bespoke, and I’d like it to cost a little less.”
So we listened. Our pre-packaged journeys are a collection of carefully curated routes through Italy’s most iconic regions. Because the structure is designed in advance, we can offer them at a lower price point, while keeping everything that makes a Savour trip a Savour trip: hand-picked boutique accommodations, insider experiences, local guides, seamless logistics and a pace that leaves room to breathe.
Here are the six, and who each one is for.
1. The Classic 3: Rome, Florence and Venice
10 days. If it’s your first time in Italy, this is the trip. Ancient Rome and the Vatican, Renaissance Florence and the Tuscan hills on its doorstep, and finally Venice, where the only traffic is on the water. Three cities, three completely different Italies, linked by fast, comfortable trains.
2. The Classic 4: Rome, Florence, Venice and Sorrento
15 days. Everything in the Classic 3, plus a slower final chapter on the Sorrento peninsula: Positano and the Amalfi Coast, Capri, Pompeii, and long dinners above the Bay of Naples. The right choice if you have two weeks and want the south as well as the north.
3. The Ultimate Italian Immersion: Rome, Florence and the Amalfi Coast
15 days. This one trades Venice for more time in the south. Rome’s history and Florence’s art first, then an unhurried stretch on the Amalfi Coast, with its cliffside villages, lemon groves and boat days. For travellers who’d rather go deep in fewer places.
4. Delight Your Senses: Rome, Florence and Tuscany
9 days. A culinary and wine journey. Food markets and trattorie in Rome, the bistecca and Chianti of Florence, and then out into the Tuscan countryside for rare wines, farmhouse cooking and the kind of lunch that lasts all afternoon. Built for people who plan their trips around what they’ll eat.
5. Southern Italy Adventure: Puglia and Sicily
11 days. The Italy most visitors miss. Puglia’s trulli, whitewashed hill towns and olive groves older than most countries, then across to Sicily for Greek temples, baroque cities, Mount Etna and the boldest flavours in the country. Ideal for second- or third-time visitors ready for something different.
6. Northern Italy Escape: Venice, Lake Como and Milan
9 days. A sophisticated loop through the north. Venice’s canals, the lakeside elegance of Como’s villas and villages, and Milan’s design, fashion and Last Supper. Romantic, elegant and easy to pair with a stop in the Alps.
The Savour Italy Difference
Pre-designed does not mean off the shelf. On every one of these journeys you’ll still find:
- Hand-picked boutique accommodations
- Insider experiences and private local guides
- Seamless logistics and in-country support from arrival to departure

And if one of them is almost right, that’s a good starting point for a conversation. We’re happy to adjust dates, add nights or swap experiences.
