Please read this information carefully, as payment of a deposit represents your acceptance of the followings.

Welcome to the SAVOUR ITALY TOURS website (henceforth referred to as the “Website”). This Website is provided to assist customers in researching their perfect small group tour and/or creating custom itineraries. The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, and “SAVOUR ITALY TOURS” refer to SAVOUR ITALY TOURS™, an Ontario corporation. The term “you”, “customer”, “traveler” and “client” refers to anyone booking a tour package with us.


All prices displayed on the Website are in US Dollars (USD), unless otherwise specified. All prices are per person and based on double occupancy. We also welcome single travelers, and because our selected hotels are priced by the room, the per person cost for accommodations occupied by one person is higher than that shared by two people. We aim to keep single supplements at a reasonable cost. Please note that single rooms may be smaller than those to which you are accustomed.


The following schedule of payments is based on the quotation price and is a requirement per person.

  • 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of confirmation
  • 40% Interim payment within 90 days before departure
  • 40% Balance payment within 45 days before departure

According to the Travel Industry Regulations, SAVOUR ITALY TOURS reserves the right to adjust the prices at any time, based on fluctuations of the exchange rate and based on any increase received from hotels, bus companies, or other suppliers of services that are part of the tour package. If the deposit has been paid and the increase is in excess of 7%, the client is entitled to cancel the travel arrangements and receive full refund. We guarantee that we will not apply any price increase after receiving full payment.


Cancellations are subject to the following penalties of the full trip price:

  • 20% deposit
  • 90 days or less prior arrival: Interim payment
  • 45 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of total tour costs

We strongly recommend trip cancellation/interruption and medical insurance.

We will not refund the cost of any unused portion of your tour package.

After reserving your tour, you will receive a high-level itinerary with all the information needed for you to book your flight and to start researching more about all the wonderful destinations that you will visit.

After paying the deposit you will receive the list of hotels we booked for you in the agreed category. Our partners hotels have been carefully selected by our team, with top reviews and are the best in that destination. If, for any reason, you prefer us to book you in a different hotel, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Our packages are tailor-made to best please you and your travel companions.

Two to three weeks before departure, we will send you the final itinerary with all the information you need and the time to meet our guides and drivers, including vouchers and train tickets.

We know how exciting this pre-departure phase is. Please, note that our team is always available to answer any question you may have!


Please note that entry to another country may be refused even if the required information and travel documents are complete. A valid passport is required with an expiration date at least 6 months greater than the intended return date. A visa may also be required depending on your citizenship. Please contact us if you are unsure if you require a visa or not. Living standards and practices at the destination, standards and conditions with respect to the provision of utilities, as well as services and accommodation may differ from those found in your country of residence.

Clients booking one of our custom tours are required to communicate any health/medical/mobility issue to our design team, so we can tailor the experience and deliver a stress-free trip of a lifetime.

While we do our best to accommodate food allergy concerns, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contamination.

Although we do our best to honor the schedule, this itinerary is subject to change for numerous reasons beyond our control, including: weather, road conditions, flight or train delays, strikes or cancellations, as well as any changes in schedule. In addition, should international flights, domestic flights or trains cause you to be unable to stay in a booked hotel or to take part of a scheduled excursion, we will not be able to refund the value of that nights stay or of that excursion.

Availability, admission, hours of operation and capacity of all public sites, museums, galleries and churches, may be drastically impacted by local government legislations, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances.

SAVOUR ITALY TOURS, and its employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, successors, and assigns, do not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip including, but not limited to, lodging facilities, bus companies or other transportation companies; guides or guide services; local ground operators whether or not they use the SAVOUR ITALY name; providers or organizers of optional excursions, food service providers, etc. All such persons and entities are independent contractors. As a result, SAVOUR ITALY TOURS is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or entity or of any other third party. In addition, SAVOUR ITALY TOURS is not liable for any negligent act or failure to act because of it.

Without limitation, SAVOUR ITALY TOURS is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconvenience, delay, or damage to person or property in connection with the provision of any goods or services whether resulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, epidemics or the threat thereof, criminal conduct, terrorist activities or the threat thereof, sickness, illness, the lack of availability of or access to appropriate medical attention, activities or climatic conditions for which the traveler is physically unprepared, overbooking or changing of accommodations, mechanical or other failure of any means of transportation, or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time.

While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information, SAVOUR ITALY TOURS is not responsible for errors or omissions in brochures, on our website or on third party websites or communicated by staff. If a mistake is made in billing, we reserve the right to correct the invoice and client will be responsible for proper payment.

SAVOUR ITALY TOURS reserves the right to cancel an advertised tour or decline to accept a reservation.

SAVOUR ITALY TOURS and all suppliers (tour guides, hotels,…) reserve the right to decline or accept any person to participate in the activities listed in the itinerary and to require any individual to withdraw from a service supplied at any time, if the supplier, tour guide, hotel deems his/her act of conduct is detrimental to or incompatible with the interest, harmony, comfort or well-being of other clients, or results in any penalty to the operators.
