Hi, we’re Zoli and Colombe.
Savour Italy Tours has been designing custom journeys through Italy since 2009, and we acquired the organization in 2025. We are both dual Canadian and European citizens, and believe the best trips start with a real conversation, not a catalogue page.
Zoli brings more than twenty-five years in global corporate leadership roles. After a career in tech and consulting, he turned to travel, with a focus on culture, connection, and Italy’s food and landscapes, alongside ventures in marketing, hospitality and tech.
Colombe is an experience designer with a lifelong love of travel. She’s spent her career in brand strategy and relationship building, and she brings that thinking to every trip, shaping each moment from your first call to your last dinner in Italy so it feels thoughtful, personal and easy.
