Our Story
Savour Italy Tours is a boutique tour design company that specializes in custom itineraries for singles, couples, friends and families of all sizes.
Our team is made up of enthusiastic travel specialists who share a love and passion for Italy, led by founder and CEO, Antonio Mauriello.
Antonio was born in Rome, lived in Italy for 30 years, and travelled around Europe extensively before he moved to Canada and started Savour Italy Tours. He’s a certified sommelier, and the company began with him taking his friends on tours of his favourite vineyards throughout Italy. Now, he works to connect travellers from all over the world with the beauty of his home country and show them areas that are off the beaten track and truly unique.
The Savour Italy Tours experience is all about discovering every aspect of the Italian life and the Bel Paese. All itineraries are carefully and personally curated by the owner Antonio, who has amassed decades of experience both in Italy and abroad.
