Savour Italy was born from a deep love of Italy—its landscapes, its flavours, its history, and the unmistakable warmth of its people. What began as founder Antonio Mauriello’s personal passion project—sharing his favourite vineyards and hidden corners of Italy with friends—grew into a boutique travel company devoted to designing bespoke, meaningful journeys for travellers from around the world. With roots in Rome and decades of experience across Europe and North America, Antonio built Savour Italy on authenticity, connection, and the joy of discovering Italy like a local.
